Keep sensitive scientific content out of the public website.
This page describes the public website and inquiry process. Specific controlled-review packets may include additional terms and data-boundary disclosures.
Public website
The public website is intended for product education and review-path inquiries. It does not require visitors to upload notebooks, datasets, source code, proprietary equations, regulated information, or confidential scientific workflows.
Forms
Review and contact forms are processed through the site’s hosting provider. Information submitted may include work email, organization, role, review area, and a short workflow description.
Do not submit confidential, export-controlled, classified, regulated, patient, customer, or proprietary scientific content through a public form. Use the form only to describe the category of workflow and the type of review requested.
Local workflow posture
OperatorWorks is designed around supported local workflows and reviewer-controlled artifacts. Any future hosted or network-served service would require a separate implementation, security model, governance posture, and disclosure.
Cookies and telemetry
The site does not intentionally add advertising trackers. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information needed to serve and protect the site. This page should be updated if analytics, additional service providers, or hosted product features are introduced.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information should be retained only as needed to evaluate and respond to the request, meet operational obligations, or preserve necessary records. Use the contact page to ask about information submitted through the website.
Changes
This notice may change as the website, review process, or product posture changes. Material changes should be reflected here before new data collection begins.
